excellent sugar substitute
I love this as a safe sugar substitute when making lemonade and tea. I haven't tried it in baking or cooking yet. But, if you add too much, it has a bad after taste, so you'll have to figure out what the best measurement is for what you're using it in. The best I came up with for equivalents is - 2 scoops = 1/4 c. sugar, 4 scoops = 1/2 c. sugar, etc.
