Hands Down, the best pasta! It doesn't matter if the pasta is wheat or rice, this pasta is the best in taste and texture. We love it. It is now the only pasta I buy! June 2, 2012

Best texture! This is by far the least sticky brown rice pasta I have tried. Hard to tell it's not wheat. We have a mostly gluten free household so we've tried about every brand out there. November 27, 2011

Found a winner! This is by far the best gluten free pasta I've eaten. It has great texture, does not stick to other pasta pieces and holds sauce well. Other people in my house who tried it could not distinguish it from wheat pasta. I'm always leery of reviews where someone says, "You can't tell that this product is GF", but this product deserves that statement. Enjoy! September 24, 2011

Cooking Time - 11 Minutes

Bring 3 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add salt as desired. Add 12 oz. Brown Rice pasta, cool on high heat, stirring frequently. Test for doneness. Drain and add your favorite sauce.
