My favorite wheat pasta
This is my go-to pasta when I'm making a whole-wheat pasta recipe. I like both the texture and the taste, even in my favorite comfort food dish of just pasta with EVOO and grated cheese. Although my husband prefers regular durum wheat spaghetti, he usually enjoys the occasional substitution of this Jovial pasta, especially under some Cincinnati chili.

Hearty pasta, excellent with spicy Asian dishes
This is an extremely healthy, hearty pasta. We love it with spicy stir fries and other Asian flavors. It does tend to break in half when boiling, even when I don't stir it often, but we love the nutty wholesome taste and texture so much, we can overlook the smaller size pieces.

Compared to other whole wheat pastas, Jovial Organic Whole Grain Einkorn pasta tastes the best. The wheat tastes fresher and has its own unique flavor. It also doesn't get mushy during the boiling process like other whole wheat pastas. Best of all, after eating Einkorn pasta, you don't feel overly full, or like you have to lie down and take a nap. There's definitely something to be said about ancient grains!

Not as good as I hoped
I used a bag of Jovial Organic Einkorn Flour to bake some bread and was very satisfied with the result so I thought I'd try their pasta. I don't mind the taste, but I don't like the texture at all. It's a bit too grainy for me to enjoy this.
