Good but not exactly like sugar
This is a great product for baking, but you cannot use it exactly the same way as you would sugar. This is a very fibrous powder, and if you use it for something that should be thick and also creamy, it may not work well. For making sugar free chocolate (using baker's unsweetened chocolate) the recipe failed, because this was too fibrous, and thus the chocolates came out lumpy, even though I can use powdered erythritol and it comes out fine. Also, the title of this product is deceptive. This is not "JUST" like sugar. It is about half as sweet. For the sweetness of one cup of sugar, you must use 1 3/4 cups of the "Just like Sugar," so be aware of this too. Otherwise you will make foods that are not as sweet as you had hoped.
Also, when I used this for sugar free cookies, they turned out crumbly and too dry, because a person needs so much more powder. I have not fixed this problem yet, even by adjusting by adding an extra egg, but I guess the best bet is to use less of this and more of other things, like powdered stevia along with the "Just like Sugar."
But for sweetening plain, unsweetened yogurt, this is awesome, and it is also fine in beverages (like my home made sugar free cocoa). Really, for beverages, although you need to use more, this dissolves well and works well.

Best confectioners sugar subsitute out there!
I honestly can't tell the difference between this and regular 10X sugar! And it has added fiber! Whats not to love?

Great for baking!
JLS is the only sweetener I use for baking. It is all natural (from chicory, and calorie free.

This is very tasty sugar sub. I really do like it. I am only giving it 3 stars because these crazy people that make this *not vitacost* need to lower the price. Seriously you get like 3 cups of sweetener in this bag. I suggest cutting it with stevia to save yourself money.. but very good taste.

I bought this product based on a recommendation. I have only used it in baking with great results.
