Doesn't work I bought this product with the hopes that it would help with my need for a pro biotic. They are suppose to help with digestion. This gave me no help. Wasted money. I wouldn't recommend. Purchase something else, or just eat yogurt. April 27, 2013

Kal Acidophilus ProBiotic-4 Directions

Take 1 capsule 1/2 to 1 hour before each meal. May take up to 6 capsules daily. Do not take within 2 hours of taking antibiotics.
