My daughter would not take it My daughter tried to take these but the tablets are so large and hard to swallow that she refused after the first day. Even with cutting them in half she had a hard time taking them. She can take capsules with no problems. Not sure why they made such a large tablet for a teen. They need to make it in either capsules or chewable. I'm sure the ingredients are good but having this be such a large tablet is a deal breaker for me. Will not buy this again. May 15, 2013

Works well for my teen My son (16) has been taking this and it definitely helps with his energy levels. Though it has to be taken with food or it makes him queasy. Good overall, one-a-day vitamin. March 10, 2013

Best teen vitamin ever! My daughter has a hard time remembering to take her vitamins. Since she started this vitamin, she takes it faithfully. She goes to college and it really does provide her with ENERGY. It is the best natural vitamin with good ingredients in it. She only needs to takes one tablet a day. We highly recommend it for teens to take. It meets every requirement that needed. It is well worth trying. We will order again. August 2, 2012

works well I bought this for my 16yr old cause he always seemed tired but he takes this and seems much alert and more better been searching for teen vitamins and i love this one cause it comes with memory and fruits & veggiies plus more i will continue to buy ... August 1, 2012
