OK I Guess I think it works and any vitamin does. I'm recovered from an illness and have been taking this product after a name bran multivitamin and really can't tell the difference. I saved money with this but can't tell you if there's a difference. September 15, 2012

Good Product. I have been taking this product for about 15 years. It was originally recommended by a supplement professional. It is a good all around multi vitamin - mineral supplement. It can "burp" back a little. I try to always take it right before I eat a meal or take it with Almond milk. June 29, 2012
