Great, Fantastic, Excellent Flavor!!! The first time I had one of these, I wasn't paying attention to the wrapper, and just ate it. It was soooo yummy, but I was busy working, and I didn't note the brand. Well, that sent me on a search for what became "my one-and-only-perfect-breakfast bar!" I found it, and it's the only one I care to eat. It's got the taste, texture, and satisfaction I need in the morning. HIghly recommended. December 23, 2012

Excellent Fiber-Carb ratio The package surprised me when I received my shipment because the advertised count is for 12 bars- so I was envisioning 12 packages. It is the same regular sized box we see on the grocery store shelves with six packages including two bars each - I must have been shopping hungry again to be confused about that. These are crunchy & tasty and healthy and just what you can expect from Kashi. And I found eating just one bar was enough at times to satisfy my craving for a little healthy snack. October 20, 2012
