Good flavor, poor crunch The flavor is good, not as "multigrain" or "nutty" as I expected. Sadly, it turns to mush pretty quickly after adding milk. I won't order this again. March 6, 2013

Yum! I love this cereal. And I'm glad Vitacost carries it in the large 9.5 oz. box size. Saves me money buying in bulk rather than the 1 oz. single serving bags. Great taste; high in protein. June 22, 2012

Not up to the standard of other Kay's products I like all of the other Kay's products, but this one left me disappointed. There was inconsistency in the texture (some pieces are much harder than others and seem "dried out") and I just didn't find it tasty or satisfying. August 1, 2010
