handy portion-sized snack Quality snack bar -- each mini-bar has slightly over 100 calories and a generally good protein-sugar profile. I got some of these for my son, who is trying to maintain his weight, to take along as 'road food'. All the flavors I've tried have been good, but my personal favorite (not available in a mini-bar) is the Ginger-Cashew. Only 4g of sugar! April 21, 2013

Great Snack to Pack! At first I liked Larabars, but then I got tired of that texture- plus the high sugar. I switched to these, and I'm loving them! They're just nuts and sometimes fruit. The taste is great, and they really satisfy that "candy bar" craving for me. I keep one of these in my purse now for on-the-go cravings! :) April 12, 2013
