King Arthur Flour Cookie Mix Gluten Free Brown Sugar Base -- 16 oz
KA Flour cookie Mix
I've used this cookie mix twice adding peanut butter to it to make the "Peanut Butter Blossom" cookies with very good results; I was quite pleased and surprised. I added the Hershey's Kiss to the top for festive Christmas cookies making me feel less deprived at the holidays.

Amazing Cookie Base
These cookies don't come with chocolate chips or other add ins but it is absolutely delicious. I found these at Braums on sale for only $3.5 and these were amazing. My sister and husband who do not have to eat gluten free couldn't stop themselves. Definitely try. It tastes very ""brown sugary" which is amazing. Don't overcook them though or they'll be crunchy.

No finer gluten free cookie mix
I add gluten free chocolate chips purchased at Vitacost and crushed walnuts or pecans to the mix. There is absolutely no better choc chip cookie and this mix may take a little of your time, but it sure beats already prepared gluten cookies purchased in stores.

Have tried many mixes and this is my favorite. To the other reviewer point...ALL GF cookies that are home-baked lose their quality after a day or two. I haven't found one yet that holds up. But these are really yummy.

Yummy out of the oven
I made these on Christmas. Everyone liked them and no one knew they were gluten free.
I added 1 cup of chocolate chips. Delicious the day they were baked and kept going back for more. I kept them in a cookie tin. I didn't try them for another 2 days since I rotate my diet. Definately were not the same and threw them out!
You can always expect any cookie to stale but this cookie lost everything in a couple of days. The cookie portion lost its flavor, texture changed, tasted like a piece of flat cardboard.
I recommend it if you eat them the first day and if you need something quick and in small quantity-makes 2 dozen.
Also note that eggs must be added- caution for those allergic.
