Tastes like regular pancakes! Best GF I've eaten! I have tried many brands trying to find GF pancakes that didn't taste like cardboard or grit. These are FABULOUS! I am SO HAPPY I've found these! My boyfriend didn't even know they were GF! He loved them and loved the fact I can now join him in a Sunday special pancake day breakfast! Seriously thrilled to have found these! Best pancake mix ever! We only buy King Arthur now. They are the best tasting pancakes ever, and I must eat gluten free. There is one issue with our most recent batch we purchased here at Vitacost. There is a substantial error for making a half batch, which we always do as there is usually only two of us at breakfast. The box states to use 1/3 cup of mix where it should state 1 1/3 cup of mix. Previously, the error said to use 1 2/3 cup, so this is not the first typo. Other than that, we will always use King Arthur Gluten free mix for our pancakes. I cannot get enough of them!
