Good noodles, so much healthier than the palm oil/cheapo wheat filled salt laden ubiquitous variety….takes a bit longer to cook but a wonderful alternative!!!

I use these to make Asian Soups, mostly. Does Asian Shrimp Bowl sound good to you? Especially, if you are gluten free like I am? Delicious!
I plan to keep these in stock ALL THE TIME..

Convenient and good
These are nice to have on hand, as they cook up so fast. One cake of noodles equals one portion size. I cook 2 portions ahead and put them in the fridge. Then at lunch or suppertime, I just stir-fry vegetables and then add seasonings and a portion of these noodles. Lightening fast meal!

Simple and Delish!!!!!
Tonight I just made an organic chicken stock and threw these ramen noodles in, I added a little organic onion powder, garlic and pepper and it tastes just like the bad stuff you can buy for .20 cents!!! (Except that stuff will kill ya!!) I have also made these organic noodles by boiling in water & spices, then fried them in a pan with a little organic butter, eggs and veggies for a delicious Mei Fun type of meal. You could add any type of meat too. I wish they weren't as expensive but we have to pay for our better health, I suppose.
