Can't do without these!
Delicious and cook in just a few minutes. Nice texture; not gummy like some brown rice noodles can be if you don't take them out of water at the just right moment.
I add vege boullion cubes with herbs, along with any other veges you like, garlic, red pepper flakes or ginger, toasted sesame seed oil, soy sauce & green onions.

Gluten Free ramen at last!!!
Good noodles, so much healthier than the palm oil/cheapo wheat filled salt laden ubiquitous variety….takes a bit longer to cook but a wonderful alternative!!!

I use these to make Asian Soups, mostly. Does Asian Shrimp Bowl sound good to you? Especially, if you are gluten free like I am? Delicious!
I plan to keep these in stock ALL THE TIME..

Convenient and good
These are nice to have on hand, as they cook up so fast. One cake of noodles equals one portion size. I cook 2 portions ahead and put them in the fridge. Then at lunch or suppertime, I just stir-fry vegetables and then add seasonings and a portion of these noodles. Lightening fast meal!
