King Soba Organic Millet & Brown Rice Noodles Description

A staple of Asian food culture, the humble noodle is one of the most nourishing 'fast foods' on earth. Eaten with a simple bowl of soup or with stir fried meat or vegetables, noodles provide a cheap quick, and healthy food alternative. These delicately flavoured millet and brown rice noodles are delicious served with stir fried vegetables and chicken flavoured with chilli and ginger. Alternatively, use as an excellent gluten-free substitute in any spaghetti recipe.
Bring a pan of water to a rolling boil. Add noodles slowly until submerged. Bring back to the boil and then reduce to medium heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Drain noodles in a colander and then refresh with cold water.
