Excellent healthy noodles
These are great in taste and consistency, and they cook up so fast (4 minutes)! I drain them and use them in an Asian-flavor noodle salad. Add chopped cucumbers, onions, chopped broccoli and carrots (lightly steamed), sprouts, red peppers, what have you, and toss with soy sauce, brown rice vinegar, and a LITTLE toasted sesame oil. Serve the noodle salad on a bed of salad greens.

This was one of the best noodles I have ever purchased, just love them, so good, what ever sauce you use. Will continue to buy these.

My favorite soba!
I am so glad to have found this soba made without any wheat. Love the nutty taste with sweetness of pumpkin , this noodle goes well with all my toppings and it is now a staple in my kitchen.
