Kinnikinnick Foods Chocolate Cake Mix Gluten Free Directions
Preparation tips: 1 pkg of Kinnikinnick Chocolate Cake Mix yields (2) 8x8 or (1) 9x13 cake or 18 cupcakes. When adding cake mix, batter should still be slightly lumpy. Do not over mix.
4 eggs
¾ cup vegetable oil
¾ cup cold water
1 pkg Kinnikinnick Chocolate Cake Mix (500 g)
• Preheat oven to 350 F and spray or grease cake pan.
• In a bowl combine eggs, vegetable oil and water. Whisk for 2 minutes.
• Slowly add 1 pkg of Kinnikinnick Chocolate Cake Mix. Whisk until combined. Pour into prepared cake pan.
• Bake for 20 minutes (cake should spring back when touched in the center).
