So I used this to make a Key Lime Pie. I am not a big Key Lime Pie fan but my husband is. I followed the pie directions and added sugar to the crumbs/butter mixture, the result was rock hard. Too hard and not easy enough to lift off the pan, it had to be scraped off. The recipe in the back also suggests adding sugar to the mixture. I repeated the attempt but for a cheesecake. This time, just crumbs and butter, while the result was more to my liking, it is "just ok", I had previously been making my crusts with Schar's graham crackers that I ground up (also GF) and the results were superior. More work, yes, but totally worth it for me.

can't tell the diference between these and regular
very easy to work with and taste great. Put them in for a crust in a cheesecake and they tasted amazing.
