pleasant tasting Like this mouth wash and chose it because of it's pleasant taste. It lasts a few hours and should be reapplied for a completely clean and fresh breath feeling. However, I much prefer the one from Kiss My Face which is made without the flouride, but disappointed Vitacost did not carry it in spearmint only vanilla. June 8, 2013

Very Good Mouthwash I really like this mouthwash. I wanted an fluoride rinse that didn't have menthol, and this fits the bill. The mint is still a bit powerful for my taste (I previously used Tom's dry mouth, but they discontinued it), but not as bad as those with the menthol. May 3, 2011

Adults and children 6 years of age or older: Use once a day after brushing with toothpaste. Vigorously swish 10 milliliters of rinse between your teeth for one minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing). Supervise children as necessary until capable or using without supervision.

Ingredients: Active ingredient Sodium fluoride 0.05%....... Anticavity
Inactive ingredients Water, sorbitol, glycerin, xylitol, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice) root extract, camellia sinensis (green tea) extract, perilla ocymoides (perilla) seed extract, lycium chinese (goji berry) fruit extract, punica granatum (pomegranate) fruit extract, vacciunium macrocarpon (cranberry) fruit extract, malpighia giabra (acerola) fruit extract, lauryl glucoside, natural flavor, potassium sorbate, polysorbate 20 and citric acid.
