Mirch Ka Salan is a signature dish, created by Master Chefs of ITC Hotels following the ancient Dum Pukht style of cooking. Succulent mild chili peppers cooked in a peanut and almond curry creating a truly mouth watering dish. This delight is now available in a ready-to-eat pack. Serving Suggestion: traditionally enjoyed with Indian bread or Steamed rice.
Just Heat and Eat
Cut pouch, empty contents into a drying pan, and heat for 3-5 minutes while stirring. Serve hot.
Cut pouch, empty contents into a Microwave dish, heat on high for 1-2 minutes and serve hot.
Immerse the foil pouch in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Cut open and serve hot.
Once opened consume immediately. Don't use the inner pack if leaking or bloated. Specially sterilized in multi-layered pouches to help assure safety. Does not require refrigeration.
