Love this spice! I use this spice on chicken, meat, and vegetables. It adds a really lovely flavor. Everyone who smells it says that they won't like it because they don't like cumin. However, the cumin flavor does not overwhelm the other flavors. My only complaint is that salt is the number one ingredient. In general, I rarely cook with salt. I do find that if you put too much on, say potatoes, it turns out too salty. November 12, 2013
