Good Product
I use many probiotics, and have tried quite a few. This particular product is a good solid buy. Personally I like to keep 3-4 diffrent probiotic proucts on hand and rotate them. This one I tend to keep on hand pretty regularly. I like the fact that is has multiple bifidus strains, and that is contains L gasseri, which most do not.

strong probiotic blend
If you are just starting probiotics, I would recommend taking Kyolic's 3 strain first -
L. acidophilus, B. bifidum & B. longum. I am giving 3 stars for effectiveness & satisfaction only because the product is too strong for me. I have been taking Kyolic's 3 strain for years and was doing just fine on that. I thought I would try this 9 strain, which includes those three above which are the most important ones to take. After a couple of weeks I have discovered it may be too strong for my system. Gas, bloating & cramps are not an enjoyable way to spend the evening after dinner. There is of course an adjustment period when taking something, so I'm accounting for that, but it's been a few weeks now. If after taking it every day until this bottle is empty & I still experience the above effects, I will happily go back to the 3 strain. Kyolic is a good company & I trust their quality.
