Delicious This cake was wonderful. I made it in 2 seven inch spring form pans. The cake was just about 1 inch in height. I could have frosted the two and made a little layer cake. March 13, 2013
Really moist and good. Different kind of cake consistency because of the almond flour and it is Very good! I look for different kinds of gluten free items. This is closer to "not eating grains" which I am trying to do....but LOVE cake! I put in coconut and almond flavoring....wow it was good. I will order this again and maybe try chocolate chips in it! La Piana Almond Cake Mix Gluten Free Directions

Ingredients needed: 2 eggs, 1/3 cup butter at room temperature, 1/2 cup of water, 1 tsp. baking powder.

 

Preheat oven to 355F. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, butter, baking powder and water and mix well. Pour into a greased 7 inch springform pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. When a toothpick in the center of the cake comes out clean, the cake is done.
