Amazing pain relieving product I have always had pain and stiffness the day after working out or playing sports. I checked with my doctor and they said I'm just pushing myself too much. Well i don't agree because I've seen people much older than me do the same workout and be fine. So I searched and search and found this wonderful product. I take 2 in the morning on an empty stomach everyday, and 3 or 4 on the day after I workout. While I still have pain, this lessens the pain and the stiffness so I can live like a normal person, finally! It's great. November 26, 2012
