It gets the job done. I used the original Laci le Beau tea before and this time, I thought I could up the dosage, so I went with this maximum strength version of the tea. Immediately, I noticed that the taste is definitely more sour and even pungent. Not really pleasant. Although this is more effective, I'd stick with the original due to the taste difference. Pour 12 oz. boiling water over tea bag and let steep for 2 minutes. Do not over steep! Press tea bag gently and remove. Drink one 6 oz. cup after your evening meal, saving the rest for the following day (may be enjoyed hot or cold).

Three or four days later you may increase the strength and flavor of your tea, if you wish, by brewing with 6 oz. of water.
