I couldn't believe that just using dates that this brownie did, indeed, taste like a brownie. Very satisfing to a chocoholic.

It's all good!
These Larabars are rich in potassium, which I need to replenish regularly. They are moist, sweet, and have a great chocolate brownie flavor that is exceptional. I enjoy the almonds and chocolate chips in this bar, as well!

Better than any candy bar!
Ok, that may not be true for someone used to eating candy bars, but it is true for me. I discovered Larabars when I was on a raw food diet for several years. They aren't completely raw, but they are a great cure for a sweet tooth and chocolate craving. The only downside is the consistency sometimes varies. They can be dry and crumbly or very moist and chewy. Personally, I still like them either way. My kids love them too, although they prefer the chocolate chip cookie dough and fruity flavors. For me, nothing beats the chocolate chip brownie. Vitacost has a better price than most stores, especially when combined with a sale or a 10% off coupon. Thanks, Vitacost!
