All of the LARA bars that I buy are gluten, dairy, and processed sugar free. The Pecan bars are really tasty.

High quality product
The best nut and fruit bar on the market. great as a snack, on the go, and good in between meals. Excellent product.

For someone who has eaten many bars in the past, this one took me by suprise! My family has recently tried to stick to a more vegan diet, so this were suggested to me from a book I've been reading. They definitely aren't the same texture as many bars out there (Luna, and such), but once you get past that, they are quite good & very filling!!!
