It is natural because it is based on the action of a compound found in the air we breathe and in the sparkling water we drink. It is selective because all the other properties of the coffee remain unaltered.
Directions: Make your espresso decaffeinated by filter, drip or with any kind of espresso machine. You'll make excellent coffee everytime. To use a filter or drip method, measure 1 tablespoon per 6 ounces (3/4 cup) of water. Adjust the amount of coffee to suit your taste. When using a tree part moka espresso maker, add water to the boiler portion which is the bottom unit of the moka coffee maker, add filter basket, fill with coffee then follow the manufacturer's directions. To preserve the freshness of Lavazza Espresso Decaffeinated, always refrigerate after opening.
