Le Veneziane Spaghetti Gluten Free Corn Pasta -- 8.8 oz
We traveled to Italy in the summer of 2013 and this is the gluten-free pasta they served and sold everywhere. It was wonderful. My husband, who does not have celiac and is not gluten free, cannot tell the difference (neither can I!). I've tried many, many other corn pastas, rice pastas, quinoa pastas...none have been much good and some have been horrible. Le Veneziane is simply pasta like you remember. Easy to cook. Delicious. Get it. But not before I get mine! :-)

Le Veneziane corn pasta spaghetti
I have tried every brand of pasta in the nine years I have been eating gluten free. This hands down is the very best! I use all of the different Le Veneziane pasta's.

Closest to the real thing, hands down.
Closest to the real thing, hands down. My wife is gluten sensitive, I am not and that is a real problem. We tried everyone I could find and for the most part they were awful. We had about given up on pasta all together. One day my wife was talking to one of her patients who was of Sicilian heritage and their daughter has Celiac disease and they went down the same path as we did and then discovered this pasta. The only thing you have to do is make sure it properly separated in the first 3-minutes(the actual boiling time). I use a large cooking fork and twist it completely around and around to separate it, for some reason this pasta sticks together if you don't and you'll get what I call pasta "rods". (several pieces stuck together). Adding a little oil does not help at all. I boil it for 3-minutes, turn off the flame and let it set covered for 7-minutes, but start checking it at 6-minutes if you like it "aldente". Enjoy........
