Very nice flavor
Very nice taste, however is very finely shredded, so it is rather dry. Next time I will try larger flakes, for I like my coconut with more moisture. If you like it dryer and very fine, then this is for you.

This stuff is the best coconut!
I never used to like shredded coconut at all, but this fine shred is very good, high quality stuff. It's organic, too, and I really like that also. I even make chocolate coconut cookies with it and love it. What's even better is making my own coconut milk from it. So very delicious!

My FAVORITE shredded coconut
I've tried several brands of flaked/shredded coconut, and these are, by far, my favorite. I find them to be the most flavorful, softest, and the finest textured.
Also, these are oddly moist. They're not WET or MOIST, per se, but since they're so finely shredded, they FEEL moist when chewed on straight from the bag. If that makes ANY sense. :-)
These are SO easy to mix in to anything and blend so nicely in with other dry ingredients. They're joyfully homogenized in to EVERYTHING I put them in. They are no big, chewy pieces of coconut remaining in your mouth when eating the final product so you're not left chewing on something reminiscent of cardboard.
I regularly make coconut butter from these all the time, and it's SO easy! I tried doing that with another brand, and it was just NOT happening!
