Love this brand
This coconut is finely shredded. It's perfect for mixing in icing or melted chocolate candies. I personally don't like the larger flakes, except to decorate a cake. This is much easier to eat. It tastes great too.

Love!!
I have tried other coconut "flakes" in the past and they were dry. This product is moist and sweet tasting. It has become my new healthy snack, along with healthy dark chocolate, especially near my menstruation when I crave sweets and/or fat.

Very nice flavor
Very nice taste, however is very finely shredded, so it is rather dry. Next time I will try larger flakes, for I like my coconut with more moisture. If you like it dryer and very fine, then this is for you.
