Life Extension Enhanced Fernblock® with Sendara™ Directions
For photo-aging protection take one to two capsules daily in the morning 30 minutes prior to sun exposure, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
Use with high SPF sunscreen (SPF30+).
For extended sun exposure taken one additional capsule at noon.
This product can be taken with or without food.
