works: decreases inflammation I believe that this product is responsible for increased flexibility I have experienced recently since starting to take it. I take some other supplements for joints too, but I think this one really made a difference. ( I dunno if taking those other things causes this to be more effective. I wonder if I would have had the same effects on just this.) October 4, 2012
