good product bad ingredient
I would have given it a higher grade but it does have magnesium stearate in it which i see many other GOOD companies getting rid of.

works: decreases inflammation
I believe that this product is responsible for increased flexibility I have experienced recently since starting to take it. I take some other supplements for joints too, but I think this one really made a difference. ( I dunno if taking those other things causes this to be more effective. I wonder if I would have had the same effects on just this.)
