Good Stuff--the number of capsules could be higher
One of the few theaflavin capsules out there. The bottles contain only 30 capsules. It would be nice to buy less packages and more capsules per bottle--like 90 or 120 capsules per bottle.

This supplement has less than 16mg of caffeine per serving (the amount found in 1/3 cup of brewed green tea).
