This is an excellent product Life Extension is more expensive than competing brands. I have tried other brands with similar ingredients. Within days of starting with Life Extension I stop getting up two or three times a night and get up once a night. I do not know if it is the quality of the ingredients or the ratio of what they are using and it does not matter. I have no intention of trying to save money with inferior competitior products again.
