May be useful to some but I could not use. After using the product for 3 days, I did not sleep well and assumed it must be from the Pregnenolone and 7-Keto DHEA, since I have used Life-flo Progesta Natural Progesterone by itself for several years, with no problem. I will be returning the product and ordering the plain natural progesterone cream instead. I gave it a fair rating because I had side effects when I used it, but feel it may work for some women with different needs. September 18, 2012

Use only as directed. Apply once or twice a day as needed. Dispense cream into the palm of the hand and rub onto the skin of your chest, abdomen, inner arms, or thighs - rotating area each time. Do not use for more than 3 weeks out of a month.

Ingredients: Purified water, helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil, glycerin, sorbitan stearate, progesterone usp, cetearyl glucoside, 7-keto DHEA acetate, pregnenolone, sodium PCA, stearic acid, caprylic/capric triglyceride, sorbitol, potassium sorbate, sodium hyaluronate, sodium benzoate, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, citric acid, xanthum gum, and magnesium aluminum silicate.
