Amazing product
I use this cream at bedtime, between 13-18 days of my cycle from day ten until my next cycle begins. I prefer this progesterone the most for a few reasons. First it smells good, like a citrus smell. Second, it gives me vitamins from the superfruits. Third, I need progesterone, my doctor prescibed 20 mg, and this is premeasured to what I need. It is so easy to use even in the dark. When I forget to use it, my body feels terrible, I get headaches, cramps, and nausea. It is essential to my happiness. I highly recommend this product to pre-menopausal women like myself.
