Use for baked goods
It's not the best tasting protein drink. It has a sort of chemical or metallic tang taste to it. The vanilla flavor is not strong, but tastes fake. Plus the powder is brown, so the look of it makes my head think it's tasting something chocolate, even though it's not. If I buy this product again, I'd try the plain non-flavored kind.
The powder dissolves quickly in liquid, but the chia seeds, once the liquid is mixed with it, look like little dead bugs floating around in it. A bit nauseating if you're planning to use this as a milk replacement for cereal and drinks.
I only use this product in baked goods now, which it works very well in. It adds complete protein to the food, along with all the other good things in the product. In addition, the sticky substance from the chia seeds help replace the egg in a baked goods and helps hold the food together.
