Great liquid ca supplement! I've had Roux en Y gastric bypass surgery and have tried many different calcium supplements, and this is by far the best, IMO. The taste is nice; it's well-tolerated (no GI distress, no gas/bloating, no constipation or diarrhea), and I believe the absorption is good because my labs are always fine. The only thing negative I can say is that the glass bottles are not convenient for travel- not impossible, just inconvenient. I've managed to bubble wrap a couple of bottles to take with me on an extended trip, and it worked fine.. Just don't forget the dosing spoon (a tablespoon)! March 25, 2013

Easy and Great Value This has a very palatable taste and is much easier to take than capsules. I can tell it works well. Have been using it for myself and my young daughter and will continue to use it. July 23, 2012
