The product is really only 200 mg. NOT 4mg. I really like SAMe, but this particular product makes you think you are getting 400mg. But, if you read the ingredients very carefully it says that it actually contains 200mg of SAMe. The only thing I like about this particular brand is the dark bottle. I order the SAMe 400 from another company and put it in this bottle. September 3, 2012
