Does it work? I can't tell. I eat fairly healthfully, except on some "treat" days, but this liquid ketone hasn't done anything for me. Granted, I don't really need to lose anymore weight, but I was hoping this would give me a boost to lose about 5-10 more pounds. Nothing has changed. This tastes strong; I liken it most to a juice concentrate. The stevia in it also gives it a bit of a weird aftertaste. I will not buy it again; it was a waste of 20-something bucks, in my opinion.
