Amazing flavor! This dressing has amazing flavor and the health benefits of extra virgin olive oi and expeller pressed high oleic sunflower oi and not the typical genetic modified cheap canola oil. Balsamic dressings can often be overly intense, but this dressing is just right, balanced between balsamic and sweetness (cane sugar). You can taste the richness of the olive oil too. It's perfect as a dressing for fresh mozzarella cheese, tomato, and basil salad! The price is worth it. I've tried other substitutes, but it's just not the same. July 19, 2012
