meh Right out of the box, I am an aficionado of the über lather school; I like A LOT OF LATHER. That said, I purchased this based upon the recommendations of many other straight razor shavers. I honestly don't understand the fascination with this product. If you use approximately 3x the recommended amount, you'll get something close to a lather that you can shave with. Not particularly moisturizing, easy to use, or a value, this was a particularly epic fail. January 14, 2012

Best price, great product Purchased this for my boyfriend and he says it's great. He used it the first time without a brush, and now he has a badger brush so it works well with the brush as well. After shaving with this plus using a bay rum aftershave, he says it smells like Christmas because of the spicy, citrusy scents. (Citrus coming from the Tiger shave...) March 5, 2010
