gluten-free for sure I know it is possible to get jasmine rice for cheaper, but I've been gluten cross-contaminated by bulk bins so now only buy in bags. I love this rice! But it is a bit on the pricey side... May 12, 2009

Lundberg California White Jasmine Rice Directions

• 1 cup Lundberg® California White Jasmine rice
• 1½ cups water or broth
• 1 tbsp. butter (optional)
• salt to taste
Rinse rice. Put all ingredients in a pot with a tight-fitting lid. Bring to a boil, stir once, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Do not remove lid. Remove from heat and allow to sit, covered, for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork. A rice cooker may be used with the same water-to-rice ratio. Yield: 3 cups.
