Lundberg Long Grain Brown Rice -- 2 lbs
There's not a whole lot to say about rice... especially something as simple as long grain brown rice. I've found it cooks fine if you boil 2 parts water to 1.25 parts rice. So 4 cups of water would have 2.5 cups of uncooked rice. I also put in a little bit of salt and oil during the initial cooking process. I enjoy this rice and have even dealt directly with the company on occasion (pleasant people). If you're looking for good simple rice look no further.

This rice is actually delicious when it is cooked correctly, which took me some time to figure out. The only way I can actually get this rice done, having tried numerous cooking times and pots of various materials is to use my pressure cooker. I don't know what the problem is but it is really annoying to have to break that out every time I cook this rice.
