Lundberg Organic Brown Rice Cakes Lightly Salted -- 8.5 oz
Top w/ a little nut butter, hummus, apple slices, tuna, avocado or some combination thereof and it's a nice healthy snack. I like the little bit of salt. It keeps it from being a tired old rice cake. AND it gives some flavor w/o sugar/sweetner.
I will also eat w/ my salad in place of bread. Any crumbs ? Why they become croutons !
Whole grain brown rice gives it the 5th star.

Tasty; my kids love them with peanut butter!
I love that these are brown rice cakes--better for you! My daughter loves them plain and my son loves them with peanut butter. They are crunchy without being dry. They also stay fresh for over a week.

Delicious Brown Rice Cakes
These rice cakes are my favorite! They are delicious with almond butter for breakfast and for lunch crumbled up into olive oil with garlic and herbs and salt.

Stale, and higher sodium
The brown rice cakes tasted stale, were very crumbly (whne spreading nut butter on them) and they had a higher sodium than the popular "commercial brand". Would not buy again. As a matter of fact, it became bird food.Grand Rapids, MI

although said "lightly" salted, but too salty for me, and i will gonna try the salt free one
