Yummy and hardly any calories! Had this offered with Sunflower butter at a friend's house -- I thought it made an excellent snack -- not as heavy as a slice of bread. Staple and delicious These are a staple in my home. They are very lightly salted, organic and simply rice. I put some coconut oil and fruit on top to enjoy for breakfast or spread some hummus on it for lunch. It has partially replaced bread in our diet. It doesn't fall apart to much like some rice cakes do. It has good flavor and a tender texture. Best I've come across. Vitacost has the best price too! October 13, 2012
