Works Great for Sushi
Rice cooked well on stovetop and made tasty veggie sushi! I usually rinse it for a little while in a mesh strainer, soak it 20-30 minutes and continue rinsing until water is mostly clear. Bring to a boil 2-1/4 cups water to 2 cups soaked rice, cover and cook on lowest heat about 15 minutes until done, set aside covered for 10-15 mins. Fluff with a fork. In a bowl, mix 1/2c rice vinegar, 2 tsp sugar and 1 tsp salt until dissolved. Then gently fold rice into vinegar with wooden spoon until mixed and now you're ready for sushi!

This rice is delicious.
It cooks perfectly in a rice cooker and has a wonderful texture and taste.
