Rice Cooks Easily & Tastes Perfect - Packaging a + Rice is cooked a couple times a week in our home and this brand is one that I would definitely use again. Can't really say it out performs any other brand of rice; but its packaging is a great sell. The bag has a velcro-type top closure, which makes it easy to completely seal and pour from the bag. Price is a little more expensive, probably because of the package. January 3, 2013

Lundberg Organic Long Grain White Rice Directions

• 1 cup Lundberg® White Long grain rice
• 1½ cups water or broth
• 1 tbsp. butter (optional)
• salt to taste

Rinse rice. Put all ingredients in a pot with a tight-fitting lid. Bring to a boil, stir once, reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Do not remove lid. Remove from heat and allow to sit, covered, for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork. A rice cooker may be used with the same water-to-rice ratio. Yield: 3 cups.
