Great taste I browned Italian sausage and mixed in pasta sauce to serve with this. It was quick and very tasty. I sent a text to my daughter who also has celiac. She had made it as well with meatballs. February 17, 2013

Lundberg Risotto Italian Herb Directions

Put 1/2 tbsp olive oil in a heavy nonstick 2-qt saucepan and place over medium heat. Add rice and stir until grains are coated with oil. Stir in contents of the seasoning pouch and 2-1/2 cups water. Mix well to dissolve seasonings. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let stand for 5 minutes. Garnish with Parmesan cheese if desired.
